The Foundation’s Introduction to Beekeeping course consists of 10 sessions focused on the Maltese Honey Bee, Apis mellifera ruttneri. Participants will gain practical skills in hive management and conservation along with knowledge of legal requirements and environmental challenges. A certificate is awarded for completing 80% of sessions, fostering sustainability in beekeeping.
